How soon can you order?
All of Pua Board Creations are made to order and must be placed by contacting us directly or thru our website. Due to the time and preparations for each order, all orders need to be received a full 72 hours before your desired date. Any modifications need to be sent in a full 24 hours before the event. Not all last minute modifications will be guaranteed and prices may vary because of last minute changes.
Can you do rush orders?
Rush orders will only be accepted a FULL 72 hours of desired delivery or event. Payment for the order is due in full at the time of the order. Rush orders are not offered for Pua Board Spreads. Pay Per Board rush orders are limited stock, please check for current availability. Please note that product availability may be limited due to the short timing of the rush order. Your flexibility is much appreciated.
Please be aware that all Pua Board Creations packages are a variety of quality artisan cheese, gourmet crackers, charcuterie, jams, fresh fruits, chocolates, accoutrements, nuts, and condiments. Most edible selections at Pua Board Creations are locally sourced here in Hawaii with the exception of certain cheeses , crackers, and meats. Pua Cups and Pua boxes are plated with disposable palm and/or bamboo materials. Pua Board Spreads are created with a mix of rentable charcuterie boards and utensils with disposable palm/bamboo/wooden materials. Due to our commitment to using seasonal fruits, product availability may be limited. Substitutions are also based on availability. Each order is custom made allowing Pua Board Creations to accommodate dietary restrictions and/or allergies.
What is the payment policy?
To ensure the confirmation of your order, Pua Board Creation requires full payment for Pua Cups and Pua Boxes, and Pay Per Board. For Pua Board Spread Orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and due upon booking your order.
Cancellation fees and refunds
Cancellation 24 hours before: No refund.
72-48 hours of Cancellation— 50% refund.
No deposit refunds for Pua Board Spread orders.
Can we deliver?
Yes! Delivery fee based on distance and accessibility. Please inquire for delivery prices at the time of your order. Prices range between $20-$50.
Where is pick-up?
Order pick up information will be provided in an email once the order is confirmed.
